About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the customer experience and helps shape a strong store culture for associates. As a store leader, this role nurtures relationships with customers and associates, models brand behaviors on the sales floor, and supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent. The Assistant Manager also uses technology, tools, and reporting to support seamless omnichannel shopping, operational excellence, and financial discipline.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Have strong business acumen and the ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
