About The Position

Dandy is hiring an Assistant Manager to demonstrate leadership for TEAM Members and support the Store Manager in a fast-paced, fun store environment. The role helps deliver excellent customer service throughout guests’ Dandy experience and supports store operations. The Assistant Manager may need to assume any or all Store Manager responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent.

The position is located at 11831 PA-118, Unityville, PA 17774, with a starting rate of $16.50 per hour and weekly pay.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent in education or experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications.
• Demonstrated ability to assume managerial responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and background check is required for consideration.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; bend and reach; frequently lift 10–20 pounds; and occasionally lift 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of experience in the retail industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership and positivity for TEAM Members.
• Help provide excellent customer service to guests throughout their Dandy experience.
• Communicate with the Store Manager about store operations, staff performance, scheduling, training, and other important functions.
• Be prepared to cover any or all Store Manager responsibilities during the Store Manager’s absence.
