About The Position

As a member of the management team, the Assistant Manager contributes to the continuing success of a restaurant company with 82 locations across Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Requirements

• Two or more years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to control day-to-day operations in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain inventory and prepare food orders.
• Ability to follow cash control and security procedures.
• Ability to manage labor.
• Ability to recruit, interview, and hire to develop a team.
• Ability to ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Ability to have fun in a fast-paced environment.
