About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to help ensure smooth store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. The Assistant Manager oversees daily store operations during assigned shifts, leads and motivates team members, handles financial transactions, and supports training, inventory management, and store performance improvements. The role also involves processing customer orders and maintaining a clean, organized work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
