About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to serve customers in the Highland area from its location at 12545 State Rd 143 Space A. The driver operates a vehicle to deliver products safely, efficiently, and professionally, while providing friendly customer service and representing the organization’s commitment to quality. The role involves navigating local roads, organizing routes, maintaining delivery records, inspecting the vehicle, and handling packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Flexible hours may include evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check that meets company-specific standards.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
Valid proof of insurance for the personal vehicle used for delivery.
Ability to regularly lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Build positive customer relationships and represent the organization’s commitment to quality service.
Plan efficient routes to maximize deliveries while minimizing fuel consumption and travel time.
Respond professionally to customer feedback and resolve delivery-related concerns with empathy and transparency.
