About The Position

Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. They perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, and manage a team of 3 to 15 employees during their scheduled shift. The role includes customer service, order taking, payment collection, product preparation, vehicle delivery, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and meeting Domino’s Pizza grooming standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Punctuality and a positive attitude with customers and coworkers.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Manage cost, inventory, cash, and customer relations during the shift.
