About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during a scheduled shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The role performs the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers while managing a staff of 3 to 15 employees. The Assistant Manager is expected to maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused work environment and serve as a role model for the team.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• At least 18 years old.
• Punctuality and a professional, courteous attitude toward customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Be punctual and act as a positive role model for coworkers and customers.
