About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for all store operations during a scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role sets the tone for the store and supervises a shift team of approximately 3 to 30 employees. Assistant Managers also perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, including taking orders, preparing products, collecting payment, delivering orders, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and professional appearance.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
At least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Ability to work when needed, including weekends and holidays.
Judgment, math skills, and ability to multitask.
Professionalism, punctuality, a positive attitude, and strong motivational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage store operations during the scheduled shift.
Manage and motivate a team of approximately 3 to 30 employees.
Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Greet customers, take orders, and answer the phone.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Prepare products accurately and consistently in accordance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Control costs, inventory, and cash, and maintain customer relations.
