About The Position

Domino’s Pizza Assistant Managers help ensure the smooth operation of the store. Working closely with the General Manager and team members, they maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and operational efficiency. The position provides experience and training for people aspiring to future leadership roles within the company. In the General Manager’s absence, the Assistant Manager assumes the acting General Manager’s role and responsibilities to ensure continuity of operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment, ideally in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Supervise and train team members, ensure they follow company policies and procedures, and provide feedback and coaching.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to improve restaurant performance and achieve goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and manage inventory.
• Assume the acting General Manager’s role and responsibilities in the General Manager’s absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
