About The Position

North Star Pizza is a 27-store franchise looking to expand and grow, offering potential for growth within the company. The Assistant Manager supports the store manager with daily operations, team leadership, and customer service at the 107 Wildwood Rd location in Willernie. The starting wage is $15–$20 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in retail or a similar customer-facing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Experience with inventory management and cash handling.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Step in for the store manager when necessary.
