About The Position

The Assistant Manager is part of the store leadership team and helps drive profitability through customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. The role provides immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team, collaborates with store leaders on business strategies, and supports smooth store operations. The Assistant Manager owns an assigned division of responsibility and contributes to recruiting, training, associate development, customer service, product knowledge, and community events.

Requirements

1–2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
Passion for supporting the brand, customers, and teams.
Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy.
Champion new ideas and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills while navigating uncertainty.
Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager in driving business results and maximizing profitability.
Own a designated division of responsibility, such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, or Service & Selling.
Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
Assist with recruiting, training, and development efforts as needed.
Partner with store leadership to create a collaborative working environment for associates.
Keep the team on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
Lead fit sessions to improve associates’ product knowledge and customer connections.
Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
Step into a variety of roles on the sales floor as needed.
