As a Senior Team Leader, you’ll act as the right-hand to the management team, helping run daily operations and keeping the Sexy Sammies energy high.

Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age
Eligible to work in the United States
Reliable transportation plan to and from shifts as scheduled
Availability that aligns with company and restaurant needs (nights, weekends, holidays as required)
Able to perform all essential job functions as detailed in training and job description
2–3 years of restaurant experience required.
3-5 years of restaurant leadership required.
Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labor compliance.
Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic computer applications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a restaurant environment.

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred
Experience in both front-of-house (service) and back-of-house (kitchen/operations) strongly preferred.
Proven track record of leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold Sexy Sammie’s standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
Support the onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Deliver excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally.
Help monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper food and beverage storage.
Oversee cash handling, deposits, and accurate POS procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment in accordance with company, local, and federal guidelines.
Step into the manager role when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
