About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. They perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning, dispose of trash, support the management team with maintenance needs, and safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment. They also help ensure the restaurant follows company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards.

Requirements

Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
Handle cleaning chemicals safely, including their use, storage, and disposal, following safety guidelines and procedures.
Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
