About The Position
Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. They provide dependable, fast service and work as part of the restaurant team. The role includes daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds; disposing of trash; supporting maintenance needs; and safely handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. No experience is necessary. The schedule may be part-time or full-time, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
- No experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
- Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
- Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely according to applicable guidelines and procedures, including safe use, storage, and disposal.
- Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
