About The Position
The Assistant Manager operates equipment; stocks ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers; prepares products; and receives and processes telephone and walk-up customer orders. The role includes delivering products by car to customers’ doors and maintaining food and product accuracy, inventory accountability, labor accountability, employee productivity, and cash-handling accuracy. The Assistant Manager also coaches and trains employees across all areas and helps maintain a clean, professionally run store. The store can provide a complete list of job duties.
Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.

- Clean equipment and the facility continuously.
- Deliver products by car to customers’ doors.
- Ensure food and product accuracy and inventory accountability.
