About The Position
The General Manager’s job duties are described as similar to those of an Assistant Manager. The role involves operating store equipment; handling ingredients and products; preparing orders; serving customers; cleaning the equipment and facility; and overseeing food and product accuracy, inventory, labor, employee productivity, cash handling, and staff training. Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders.
- Clean equipment and the facility continuously.
- Deliver products by car to customers’ doors.
- Maintain food and product accuracy and inventory accountability.
- Maintain labor accountability and employee productivity.
- Ensure accurate cash handling.
- Coach and train employees in all areas.
- Maintain a clean and professionally run store.
