About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise group with 148 stores across 10 states, is hiring an Assistant Manager. This is a full-time restaurant management role with a stated schedule of 32–40 hours per week and a growth path to General Manager and beyond. Training includes one-on-one coaching, online courses, and a three-day leadership capstone. Compensation is $18 per hour with growth potential, plus bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members.
• Deliver outstanding customer service each shift.
• Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards.
• Handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory.
• Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
• Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability.
• Support marketing efforts to grow sales.
