About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operations and service of the store, helping ensure customers receive hot, fresh food in a timely manner and excellent service. The role supports the store manager, supervises and trains team members, maintains inventory and food safety standards, handles customer concerns and cash procedures, and helps keep the store clean and organized. The position also supports marketing initiatives and promotions.

Requirements

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Have a personally insured and well-maintained vehicle.
Hold a valid driver's license and have at least one year of driving experience, with no more than two traffic violations in the past two years.
Be able to lift 50 pounds and have good mobility.
Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Be at least 18 years old.
Be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Be able to work with minimal supervision.
Be able to motivate and build cohesive teams.
Have a positive attitude and motivational skills.
Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Assist the store manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise and coordinate team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
Train new employees on company standards, procedures, and customer service.
Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and operational standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly.
Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales transactions.
Inspect the store regularly for cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
Support marketing initiatives and promotions to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
