MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Decatur location at 1948 E Eldorado St. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager with daily operations, staff leadership, customer service, inventory, scheduling, hiring and training, store upkeep, sales performance, and cash management. Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Efficient time-management and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with POS systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goals.
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
• Create and adjust employee schedules to optimize staffing levels.

• Monitor and maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance.
