MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Decatur location at 1948 E. Eldorado St. The driver delivers products to customers throughout the Decatur area, providing timely, professional service and representing the company in the community. The role involves working independently on the road while communicating with dispatch and management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery use.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to navigate routes using GPS and mapping tools.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep.
• Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes throughout the Decatur area.
• Plan and optimize routes for efficient time management and on-time arrivals.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery confirmations, and mileage logs.
• Provide professional customer service, answer questions, and address concerns courteously.
• Inspect the vehicle daily, perform routine maintenance checks, and promptly report mechanical issues.
• Handle packages and products carefully so they arrive in excellent condition.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate delivery status, delays, and customer feedback to dispatch and management.
• Organize and load vehicles efficiently to maximize capacity and minimize handling time.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues collaboratively.
