About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a large and growing Domino’s franchise group, is hiring an Assistant Manager for its restaurant at 1207 E 57th St. The role supports the Store Manager across restaurant operations and offers a path to General Manager. Paid training is provided, including one-on-one coaching, online courses, and a three-day leadership capstone. The schedule is 32–40 hours per week, with hourly compensation of $17 and growth potential, plus bonus opportunities.

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.

Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability.
Support marketing efforts to grow sales.
