About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a dependable, motivated Shift Lead for a hands-on leadership role supporting store operations during assigned shifts. The position works alongside team members while helping direct the shift, uphold standards, solve problems, and maintain a positive, productive work environment. Duties also include helping customers, preparing food, cleaning, stocking, and supporting daily operations, while taking responsibility for shift performance and the team. Previous management experience is helpful but not always required. The employer is willing to train someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to lead. Starting pay is $12.25 per hour and up; the starting rate may vary based on experience, availability, and qualifications. The role offers on-the-job training, leadership experience, and opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement. This is an active position in a fast-paced restaurant environment. It involves extended periods of standing and walking, frequent use of hands, bending, reaching, crouching, moving around the store, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as needed, stocking supplies, working around hot ovens and food-preparation equipment, and experiencing temperature changes between work areas and the walk-in cooler. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. The posting is for a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee alone makes employment decisions and, if hired, is the employee’s sole employer. Applications are kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
