About The Position

Domino’s is hiring qualified delivery drivers to deliver products within a designated area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including progression to management or franchise ownership. Drivers deliver orders by car to customers’ doors and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. Team members receive on-the-job orientation and training. In addition to driving and delivery duties, general store responsibilities may include operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, taking and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and other delivery sites.
Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers in person and over the phone.
Be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Have motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately, and be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Be able to perform the physical duties described, including standing, walking, carrying, lifting, pushing, reaching, bending, and occasionally climbing stairs or a ladder.
Be able to carry delivery products and navigate five or more flights of stairs when required.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate to addresses using maps and other navigational skills, including at multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage and work areas.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
