About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to work in a fast-paced pizza restaurant. The role may be part-time or full-time and offers opportunities to grow into management and other positions. Team members work together to serve customers and support the store’s operations. The job involves working in varied indoor temperatures and sometimes outdoors, as well as handling food, supplies, and restaurant equipment. Physical activities include standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, and repeated reaching and hand use.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and communicate with customers by telephone.
• Support pizza preparation and other in-store tasks.
• Remove trash and perform other outside tasks when needed.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move ingredients and supplies to storage shelves.
• Stock shelves and ingredients, clean low areas and work surfaces, and wash dishes.
• Use a pizza peel and rolling cutter to handle pizzas.
• Change prices on signs and occasionally perform maintenance tasks.
