About The Position

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Sands Shopping Center store in Oceanside, New York. The Assistant Manager supports the customer experience and helps shape a strong, inclusive store culture. As a store leader, this role nurtures relationships with customers and associates, models LOFT’s brand behaviors, and supports the Store Manager in developing the team and driving store performance.

Requirements

Bring a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to implement action plans to drive results.
Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities
