About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the customer experience and helps shape a strong store culture for associates. As a store leader, this role nurtures relationships with customers and associates, models the brand’s behaviors, and supports the Store Manager in developing talent and achieving operational and financial goals. The role is at the Sands Shopping Center store in Oceanside, New York, and is regular, full-time employment.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

• One or more years of retail management experience (preferred).
