About The Position

StorageMart is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations and business growth while providing a strong customer experience. The role includes interacting with customers by phone, in person, and email; handling accounts and administrative tasks; and helping maintain clean, safe, and secure facilities. The Assistant Store Manager may occasionally travel between locations to support other stores. Light outdoor maintenance and cleaning are part of the position.

Requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and maintain the grounds.
• Valid driver's license, valid insurance, and access to a vehicle.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to support store operations, business growth, and sales.
• Assist customers by phone, in person, and email, addressing their needs and providing support.
• Open, operate, and close the office.
• Perform light property maintenance and cleaning to help keep the facility clean, safe, and secure.
• Handle customer accounts, assist with account setup, and complete general administrative tasks, including debt management.
• Occasionally travel between stores to support other locations and maintain consistent standards.
