About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. The role fosters a welcoming environment for associates and customers, delivering memorable, personalized experiences that reflect the company’s culture of hospitality. The Assistant Manager supports store leadership, team development, sales and financial goals, brand presentation, safe and efficient operations, and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a team-player mindset and a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Passion for the brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.

Nice To Haves

• Three years of retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership of achieving store financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist with hiring, developing, and coaching associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, share product knowledge, and use an omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Help ensure safe and efficient store operations, including inventory management, daily replenishment of floor merchandise, and inventory execution.
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and business practices.
• Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.
