About The Position

The Assistant Manager partners with the Store Manager to ensure customers receive EVEREVE’s Styling Experience and are seen and connected with. The role leads by example, upholds company guidelines and culture, and helps maintain a consistent experience across the brand. It supports recruiting, coaching, and developing employees; daily store operations; inventory and fulfillment; merchandising and visual standards; sales and styling performance; customer outreach; and payroll management. The Assistant Manager also leads a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Support recruiting efforts to build a team aligned with the HEART culture and Styling Experience.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and demonstrate passion for fashion and trends.
• Lead by example by following company and Store Manager standards.
• Assist the Store Manager in coaching, teaching, and developing employees.
• Support daily store operations, inventory management, fulfillment, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Drive personal and team styling performance, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, and customer outreach; support payroll management.
• Maintain sales expectations based on store goals.
• Lead the assigned Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
