About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role supports hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and deliver fast, friendly customer service, executes the food program, and provides regular, predictable onsite attendance. The role calls for urgency, patience, leadership, and setting a positive example for the team.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
