About The Position

As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate Par Mar Stores on a day-to-day basis and support the Store Manager in ensuring every shift runs smoothly. You will assist with local store marketing to help achieve sales and profit goals and support team members through performance and training initiatives.

Requirements

• A desire to succeed and grow with the company.
• Preferably at least one year of retail experience.
• Strong people-oriented leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Valid state driver’s license and an insured vehicle.
• Prior knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail management experience preferred.

• Assist the Store Manager and other management members with all facets of successful store operations.
