About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead store operations during a shift. The role is responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The Assistant Manager is expected to set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and ensure the crew does the same. The position offers opportunities to learn skills needed to become a General Manager, with the company promoting from within. With proper experience, Assistants earn $21–$26 per hour, including sick pay and health care. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to learn and follow proven systems.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.

- Prior leadership experience is preferred.
