About The Position

The Assistant Spa Manager helps run the spa and supports its growth and success. This role is designed for someone interested in the wellness industry and career development. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, organized, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with at least 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience. Spa experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided. The position involves promoting the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and facials, supporting sales and customer service, and handling administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting. The role offers opportunities to implement creative strategies for a new spa and grow professionally.

Requirements

At least 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive personality.
Passion for sales and working with people.

Experience handling administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
