About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports restaurant operations at Domino’s Pizza locations in the suburbs of Chicago. During scheduled shifts, the role manages 3 to 12 employees and is responsible for all store operations when in charge. The position involves preparing products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures; maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant; and adhering to Domino’s Pizza grooming and uniform standards. The Assistant Manager must be available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays, and may work at multiple locations. The company welcomes candidates with restaurant management experience or leadership qualities and motivation to grow.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
Ability to create and model a positive, fun, energetic environment.
Ability to oversee safe food preparation while maintaining a clean, organized restaurant.
Ability to accept coaching.
Ability to deliver a great customer experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays, and at multiple locations.

Nice To Haves

Previous management experience is a plus but is not necessary.
Restaurant management experience or leadership qualities and motivation to grow.

Responsibilities
