About The Position

The Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of running a Kwik Trip retail and food location. The role includes hiring, training, and scheduling 20–60 coworkers, and requires willingness to work in the kitchen. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for food safety, ordering, inventory control, profit and loss statements, cleaning, and stocking.

Assistant Managers are typically scheduled for 45 hours during a five-day work week and receive time and a half for hours worked beyond 40 in a week. The position offers a path to further leadership roles within the company.
