About The Position

The Pizza Hut Assistant Restaurant Manager is a developmental leadership role responsible for managing restaurant operations during assigned shifts. The position offers training and growth, and is intended to help prepare the assistant manager to become a Restaurant General Manager and oversee a restaurant location. Assistant Restaurant Managers may also perform other restaurant duties and must follow company policies and procedures. Uniforms are provided, and benefits are available based on tenure.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• At least two years of leadership experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries.
• Solid math skills.
• Value customers and embrace teamwork.
• Be honest, energetic, approachable, and able to communicate easily with people at all levels.
• Maintain high standards for oneself and the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Teach, motivate, and help the team improve.
• Maintain high standards and help keep the restaurant clean, safe, and enjoyable for team members and customers.
• Perform other duties or tasks in the restaurant as needed.
