About The Position

The Assistant Manager oversees store operations during scheduled shifts and manages a team of 3 to 30 employees. The role includes cost, inventory, and cash control; customer relations; and performing the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers. The position offers opportunities to learn management skills and advance to store manager.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Full open availability.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations during the scheduled shift.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during the shift.
• Control costs, inventory, and cash, and maintain customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
• Prepare products quickly and accurately in accordance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products safely and courteously by vehicle from the store to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
