About The Position

Wow 1st (DBA) is a locally owned and operated franchise focused on serving the community with fresh, fast, hot products. The Assistant Manager leads store operations during their shift, helps control costs and inventory, supports customer service and marketing, develops the team, manages paperwork, and maintains store cleanliness. The role also involves operating equipment, moving ingredients from delivery areas to storage, taking phone orders, and counting and tracking inventory. This is a full-time position with varying shifts and availability required seven days a week.

Requirements

• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Ability to handle kitchen heat while providing customer service.
• Numerical and basic math skills.
• Ability to multitask across phones, ovens, and paperwork.
• Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to maintain a clean environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work various shifts, with availability required seven days a week.
