About The Position

The Assistant Manager leads operations during assigned shifts at a locally owned and operated Wow 1st (DBA) franchise. The role helps control costs and inventory, maintain fresh ingredients and a clean store, and lead the team in providing excellent customer service. The Assistant Manager also handles paperwork and marketing, operates equipment, moves stock from delivery areas to storage, takes phone orders, and counts and tracks inventory. This is a full-time position requiring availability seven days a week for varying shifts.

Requirements
