About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing station store operations. The role helps hire, supervise, and work alongside staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps uphold high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and is expected to maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance. The role also executes the store’s food program and models customer care, urgency, patience, and leadership.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
