About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail environment, providing friendly and efficient customer service while supporting daily store operations. The role includes greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, suggesting purchases, and sometimes working with the food program. Team members work throughout the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards and provide prompt service. The position involves frequent customer interaction and collaboration with an energetic team.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, using eye-hand coordination; may climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
