About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves working throughout the store, both inside and outside, helping maintain store appearance and supporting a variety of daily tasks. Team members interact with customers while working with an energetic team. Shift availability is flexible and includes days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Good communication skills and ability to engage in friendly conversation.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Operate the register and handle cashiering.
• Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
• Sometimes work with the store's food program.
• Work in different areas around the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
• Attend onsite regularly and predictably.
• Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
