About The Position
The Assistant Manager at Domino’s Pizza progresses through four stages of management training, with opportunities for promotion and hourly pay increases toward becoming a store manager. Assistant Managers oversee store operations during their scheduled shifts and perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Full open availability.
- At least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Oversee shift operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
- Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
- Manage 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
- Be responsible for store operations during the shift.
- Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
- Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
