About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager for its 310 South Creek Drive location in Manteno, United States. The Assistant Manager supports the store manager with daily operations and team leadership while helping ensure exceptional customer service and store standards. The role includes managing staff schedules, handling customer concerns, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and stepping in for the store manager when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining store standards.
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to meet performance goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage staff scheduling by creating work schedules and assigning tasks.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of team members.
• Support loss prevention efforts and maintain store security.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance.
• Fill in for the store manager when necessary.
