About The Position
The Assistant Manager performs general store team member duties, including operating equipment; stocking ingredients from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers; preparing products; receiving and processing telephone orders; taking inventory and completing related paperwork; and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Assistant Managers in Massachusetts are paid $17.00–$19.00 per hour and may have the opportunity to receive Operational Excellence Incentives, paid time off, and career advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
