Assistant Manager
About The Position
As a member of the management team, the Assistant Manager contributes to the continuing success of the restaurant company. The role supports day-to-day restaurant operations and team development while helping provide high-quality food and service and treating customers and employees with dignity and respect. The company emphasizes maintaining a safe and healthy work environment and upholding its values of being Humble, Hungry, and (People) Smart. The position has a five-day work week, with one weekend day off every week. Benefits are offered to employees who work 30 or more hours.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
Responsibilities
- Control day-to-day operations in a team environment.
- Maintain inventory and prepare food orders.
- Follow cash control and security procedures.
- Manage labor.
- Recruit, interview, and hire to develop a team.
- Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
