About The Position

The Assistant Manager - Sales helps customers access high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life. The role supports sales growth by completing rental agreements and prospecting for new business and customers. It also provides friendly, high-quality customer service in stores and customers’ homes, including safe and compliant product deliveries, pickups, loading, unloading, and installation. The assistant manager helps maintain an inviting, clean, and organized store. Additional related duties may be required to meet the ongoing needs of the business.

Requirements

1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid state driver’s license and good driving record; the role requires driving company vehicles.
Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
