About The Position
Drybar is hiring a hands-on Assistant Manager / Lead Stylist to provide blowouts and hairstyling while supporting team leadership and shop success. The role combines work behind the chair with coaching stylists, supporting daily operations, and helping deliver exceptional guest experiences. Drybar specializes in blowouts and does not offer cuts or color. The position is intended for an experienced Lead Stylist or a stylist ready to take a first leadership step. Leadership potential is valued alongside previous management experience. The role offers opportunities for career advancement as Drybar continues to grow throughout Central Florida.
Requirements
- Active Florida cosmetology license.
- Strong blowout and hairstyling skills.
- Previous leadership experience.
- A positive, dependable, team-first attitude.
- Passion for mentoring others and delivering exceptional guest service.
- Flexibility to work Wednesday through Sunday and other high-demand shifts.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example by providing exceptional blowouts and styling services.
- Coach and inspire fellow stylists to develop their skills and confidence.
- Support daily operations to keep the shop running smoothly and efficiently.
- Drive results through memberships, add-on services, retail, and guest loyalty.
