About The Position

Drybar is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager / Lead Stylist who enjoys providing blowouts and styling services while taking on a leadership role. Drybar specializes in blowouts and does not provide haircuts or color services. The position combines work behind the chair with coaching stylists, supporting shop operations, delivering excellent guest experiences, and contributing to shop results. Candidates may have prior management experience or demonstrate leadership potential.

Requirements

• Active Florida cosmetology license.
• Strong blowout and hairstyling skills.
• Previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential.
• Positive, dependable, team-first attitude.
• Passion for mentoring others and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Flexibility to work Wednesday through Sunday and other high-demand shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional blowouts and styling services while leading by example.
• Coach and inspire stylists to develop their skills and confidence.
• Support daily operations to help the shop run smoothly and efficiently.
• Drive results through memberships, add-on services, retail, and guest loyalty.
• Help create a positive culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and outstanding service.
