About The Position

Drybar is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager / Lead Stylist who enjoys styling hair and is ready to take on leadership responsibilities. Drybar specializes in blowouts and does not provide cuts or color services. The role combines delivering blowouts and styling services with coaching stylists, supporting shop operations, and contributing to shop success. The position offers opportunities to grow a career while continuing to work behind the chair.

Requirements

• Active Florida cosmetology license.
• Strong blowout and hairstyling skills.
• Previous leadership experience, or demonstrated potential to guide and inspire other stylists.
• Positive, dependable, team-first attitude.
• Passion for mentoring others and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Flexibility to work Wednesday through Sunday and other high-demand shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by providing blowouts and styling services.
